Yes. You can use Resource Hacker to change the icon file. However, if you change the icon, you have to sign the app by yourself. If you don't have a code signing certificate, please send me an e-mail.
For Mac version, changing the icon breaks code signing and notarization. You have to register the app as your own app (but not Suika2) to Apple service. If you are not a member of Apple Developer Program, please send me an e-mail.
